How account, payment, and reflection data are handled.

What we collect

We collect the information required to operate the service, including your mobile number, email address, display name, purchase history, notification token, and usage data related to calls and journal reflections.

Payments and authentication

Payment details are handled by Razorpay. The application does not store raw card numbers. Authentication and account data are managed with Supabase, and push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Calls and journal entries

Call recordings are not stored as media files in the app. Journal reflections and related metadata may be stored so the service can provide prayer history, account balance updates, and continuity across sessions.

Usage data

Usage data may include information such as call type, call duration, transaction status, device context, and notification delivery state. This helps the service maintain credit integrity and improve reliability.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is processed through service providers required to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, payments, notifications, and AI infrastructure.

Account deletion and retention

If you no longer want to use the service, contact support to request account deletion. Applicable records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, payments, or legal compliance.
